Laying the Foundation

These projects have been technically described and submitted to BOIP.int as i-depots. New elaborations will be submitted in additional i-depots. Text on this website is prior art for everyone.

The next stage is ideally to work with companies that can provide research, test setups & engineering. This should be done under an N.D.A. and with a view to obtaining intellectual property rights and integrating the results in own developments or granting licences.

A proof of concept and feasibility study can be carried out by a technology cluster or a research institute or an university department with funding from BE or EU or a company. This step, is best preceded by a second opinion from engineers familiar with the matter.

This invitation to join is an open call to companies to form a consortium or to take up a specific idea and work with me to develop it through to a successful trial.

The kick-off diagram is a first guide to building a result-oriented cluster and I hope that collaboration with several partners, through guidance and financial support and interest from EU or INT organizations, can lead to the successful implementation of these promising inventions.

Kind of cooperation

The issues that these proposals address are too complex for one person. Development into full- fledged projects would benefit from cooperation between government, research institutes and industrial companies or consortia with an engineering department.

Given my personality & status and the diversity & scope of the proposed developments, I will not be setting up a manufacturing company or an engineering office. My proven skills are more in analysis and problem solving, often out-of-the-box.

In such a task force, I prefer to stay involved until the milestones are reached, overseeing concrete development and improvement, assessing problem solving and risk analysis, and supporting laboratory and field testing and operational implementation.

Business prospectus

Innovation requires the spirit of an inventor, the skills of an engineer, the foresight of strategic planners and the ability of an entrepreneur.

In 2025, my priorities are to further develop some thoughts, promote this website and seek a second opinion and proof of concept.

Financial investment can be in the form of private, public subsidy or crowd funding. These steps require a full prospectus and intellectual property protection, which is due to publication not always the best first step.

General agreements

Not earlier than after a second verified contact, the ToC and metadata of a full descriptive prospectus can be presented to a director of a company.

Upon mutual interest, the technical description under N.D.A. or confidentiality agreement may be made available to the signatories for review.

In the event of continuing mutual interest, descriptions may be offered at a meeting for temporary inspection under a N.D.A. only.  Board members and decision makers are expected to attend.

Upon continuation to a research or study or design activity, it will be determined to what extent and when and under what conditions the participants may use of the results.

It had to be discussed whether we continue activities with patent application or under trade secret.

Inner circle: tracebility

In order to protect the ultimate licensee, in addition to an N.D.A., a high threshold amount will have to be paid by each company who ask to read the technical description.  This is to avoid improper news gathering, which could bypass the efforts of cooperating companies.

Among other things, the ultimate licensee must ensure that the concerned project can make adequate progress and receive resources commensurate with its size as a significant energy provider or as a manufacturer with own production facilities in Europe.
